Offering in-person
programs is dependent on adequate buy-in from the greater home-school community to offset the costs of wages, insurance, support
staff, admin, marketing, rent and other expenses. By allowing families from the general home-learning community to buy our
classes a la carte, we support the home-learning community at large, while being able to sponsor our enrolled families to
attend at no extra charge.
All in-person programs depend on having adequate sign-up from the greater home=school
community. Another benefit to inviting new families to partake in our activities is being able to expand social opportunities
and build the BLC learning community. When new families experience the joy of learning in the BLC program, they usually
end up enrolling to be able to have full access to all of our programs.
Individual enrichment workshops generally
cost from $175 to $275 per series. Each series runs from 4 to 6 weeks of in-person 2 hour sessions weekly.
Custom
designed enrichment workshops for each enrolled student are free to the enrolled families offset by the homeschool community’s
participation. The fee for a stand-alone custom curriculum design for an exceptional interest is $2,500 per unit. Parent/Teacher
may purchase a custom curriculum for their student’s exceptional interest or participate in posting open seats online
in homeschool groups to offset the cost.
