BLC Behavior Expectations Dear Parents, We are sure you agree with us that all students have a right to expect a fun, safe and educational experience in BLC gifted programs. Please take time to read the below behavior expectations aloud with your student and talk over why it is important for everyone to understand and agree with the rules.  Students who violate these rules may be expelled. In such a case refunds will NOT be provided. Please make sure your student understands these behavior expectations before attending. If your student is 14 or older please have them sign as well.

	Parent Agreement As parent or legal guardian responsible for the minor child named below, I warrant that I have discussed the above behavior expectations with my minor child before attending any BLC program, class or activity.  I warrant that my child fully understands these rules and is in agreement with them. I understand and agree that if my child violates the behavior expectations he/she may be expelled from the program.
